Affiliate Summit East 2009 Recap

This year’s Affiliate Summit was to say the least very busy. I met with literally dozens of new and existing clients which made the show a great success. At the same time, it also made it very exhausting. The parties were very busy this year, providing an excellent opportunity to network. Perhaps the best event outside of the Affiliate Meet Market are the events that take place in the evening.

This was my 8th Affiliate Summit and they have progressively improved. I actually prefer these shows to the ad:tech shows, as I always get more business out of these events. Take a look at the breakdown of attendees and the growth of the Affiliate Summit East shows:

For all those who attended the Affiliate Summit East in Orlando in downtown Disney who remember the downpour that flooded a few of the booths in the back of the show, the New York show was much more comfortable.
